Would have been a good review but I received a £100 fine because I turned up a few minutes early and left 3 minutes late - despite paying for 10 hours. No way of extending my session on here when I knew I was running late. Pretty appalled.

This was impossible to find. The sat nav took me to the right place but it was not displayed as a Just Park car park. I was with 2 other people who also could not find it. I think I may have been in the right place (might not have been) but as it was not displayed as Just Park I paid again using Ringo in case I got a fine. This means the day cost me £22. I followed all of the instructions given.

Got me a parking spot in Bristol a few yards from the SS Great Britain. Without JP I'd be paying £14 plus for a few hours with the parking situation being so diabolical in Bristol JP saved the day.

Sign says Euro park...why? No reserved spots...open to anyone who could pay on arrival so potentially no spaces ? Why?

It was very confusing which was the correct car park as there were two right next to each other and there were no signs for justpark, as has been my experience in using the site in Leeds. We got the last space at 9:15, there is work being done on a nearby office so work vans took up about 3-4 spaces and there was a skip taking up two. We had to park in a very tight space next to a wall. You could not get in/out the passenger side doors and I had to get my toddler out of the driver side as well before my husband reversed in. You would struggle if you had young children and were on your own. I thought booking with justpark guaranteed a space and you pay a slight premium for that luxury. The car park was open to all and it was cheaper just to turn up and pay - £5 for 4 hours or £10 for a full day. We paid over £11. We just got the last space and had we been a few minutes later, it would have been full. In my past experience with justpark, a set amount of spaces were reserved for those customers so it was really clear where you needed to park. I'd suggest the car park reserves a set number of spaces for justpark customers and makes it clear these are reserved. Very disappointing and this experience has meant I've cancelled an upcoming booking with justpark.
