Number recognition made the whole experience great!

Car park easily missed on first pass. Busy with no guaranteed space, had to circle out and back in. Very small spaces even tight with a VW Up as larger vehicles had to cross space lines.

Good arrangement with the hotel, went smoothly. Parking is quite tight for slightly larger cars

I can't believe how straight forward and easy using this was. The app is great, the choice of parking locations is excellent, even though I left it quite late to book. Will definitely be using this again.

Hard to get in and out of the car park as a pedestrian.

Having parked here previously I booked for a second time, on arrival there were only two spaces available, one so small I wouldn't have been able to exit the car & the second I managed to squeeze into and climb out over the passenger side, I had a few cm between the car and the wall on the drivers side.. The car I took is from the 1970s it's a small narrow car so anything modern would never have fit. I'd feel comfortable leaving my car here in a proper sized space as I did last time but on the occasion I was worried about the vehicle next to me causing damage to mine when leaving.

The roof is low in parts. Too low for an open boot! When I went to load my luggage, I opened my boot and it hit the roof and scratched the paint work. I couldn't see any warning signs around the roof is dark and grey, and you usually expect to be able to open your boot in a hotel car park!
