Safe place to leave car

Spaces are very small, location is brilliant and very secure you need a code to enter back into the car park so no risk of anyone entering the car park Spaces are just very small, couldn't fit my skoda kamiq into a space properly and the Spaces aren't long enough, otherwise great parking

It was question first whether space exists. But found the car park easy. Spaces are slightly tighter for big cars. We found the space for big car. Turning bit tight but manageable. It was easy to access hotel services from outside before entering the hotel reception. We found it very helpful near the beach.

Would not use this service for a pre-book again, you should be guaranteed a space that you pre-paid for… there was no spaces but luckily having a small car we managed to move some building materials to make space to squeeze into…. on a pre-paid car park they should close once they have met capacity - very stressful start to an event pre-planned, electric gates wouldn’t work on way out so had to call for hotel maintenance to get out

Easy to find disabled spaces were big enough

I used JustPark for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I will not be using them again nor recommending them to anyone. They charged me double the 4-hour rate for a carpark in Brighton vs the actual carpark rate advertised when I arrived. They told me that they charge only what the carpark charges - but this is very misleading as they appear to have their own charges agreed with the carparks - they charged me £32.00 instead of the actual rate of £16.00. I double chacked with the hotel who owns the carpark and the price of £16.00 was confirmed. I contacted JustPark and they refused to refund this overcharge or offer any goodwill gesture. They eventually said they could cancel the whole booking but told me I might then get a parking fine! They then rescinded this offer anyway. I would be very careful when using this service.

Car park was straight forward to find and get in. Very small very tight car park spaces are smaller on the first floor however bigger on the second floor. Everything is locked so felt comfortable leaving my car there. However had lots of problems getting back into the car park. We didn't realise we were meant to write down the code to the gate which is on one of the walls in the car park. Unaware when we got back we couldn't get in. After 45 mins of phoning the help line and get message of codes (none of the codes we were sent work) someone let us in who was a resident there. Other than getting in and the tight car park is was easy to get out

So convenient and peace of mind knowing car parking space is booked, only thing is we had to drive around the car park as no spaces were available for at least 20 minutes, we had to wait until someone was leaving and grab it quick as other cars were also looking.
