The company itself was great - easy to use, helpful directions/instructions, ideal location. The car park itself (Hilton Metropole Brighton) though was really grim - the spaces were way too small for modern cars, it was impossible to park within the lines, the routes around the car park were so narrow, corners too tight to get round in less than 3 manoeuvres, and concrete pillars everywhere. Would use JustPark again but definitely not this car park

Easy to find easy to Park and very close to where we stayed

I was a little apprehensive after booking the parking slot in the Double Tree Metropole hotel, as some reviews said they could not find a space & the spaces were small. Well I didn't find that the case at all. Lots of spaces & the spaces were about the same as most normal car parks. My car is a Kia Niro, so average sized, but there were larger cars parked in there like Range Rovers. Maybe I parked easily because it was a Monday late afternoon- who knows?

There were two parking spaces remaining in the designated lot. One was far too small for anything except perhaps a 1960s Mini. The second was barely big enough, in part because a large BMW had decided to take more room than was his. It took me considerable maneuvering to fit into the space, my wife and daughter directing each side. By the time I was done, I had about 1 to 2 inches on each side, and this is not an exaggeration. To get out of the car, I had to climb over the seats and exit through the rear door! The next day, more and better spaces opened up, and I moved the car. The large BMW had mercifully gone. What I didn't notice, however, when I eventually left the garage two days later was that my passenger windscreen wiper had been stolen. I can only imagine that the large BMW owner was not happy about having to squeeze into his own car (and who can blame him, but it was a mean spirited thing to do anyway). I was not alone in hunting for booked spaces either; the place was full of disgruntled drivers. Having said all that, spaces did free up after the weekend. But in general, the spaces are ridiculously small, and I don't even own a large vehicle.
