Space description
Multiple spaces located at BN19NJ (directly on west bound A27) in Falmer. The space is big enough to fit large vehicles/small vans. The day before your booking you’ll receive a message via the app with a link to video directions as we can be tricky to find.
Perfect place to park for Falmer Village or 28/29 regency route bus stops to town or Lewes (5 min walk), Falmer university campus (8 min walk), Amex stadium (12-14min walk).
The quickest route to the Amex is via a footpath from our gate on the side of the west bound A27 that leads towards the village/Amex -this is a grass path for the first 20m then leads onto the sidewalk after the layby, as you approach the roundabout some of the walk towards the Amex is on a grass verge and may not be suitable for buggies or those with mobility issues- there is another route you can take which is all concrete paths, by going right, past the bus stop (heads to town) up the steps to Falmer bridge, past university and then back under the underpass towards the station, this is approx 20 mins walk.
Some Just park spaces are labelled but you may also park in any available spaces within the white lines .
(please do not enter any areas with orange cones as we are renovating some spaces this summer) .

The location didn’t show up accurately on the Sat nav so took us some time to find. It is on a duel carriageway, which we had to walk alongside down a narrow path for about 100 meters to get to a footpath. The friend I was with had mobility issues, it wasn’t easy for her to do at all. The path wasn’t safe in the light, I wouldn’t do it in the dark.

Parked for Amex stadium. Instructions were very clear using what3words. Very helpful person greeted us and explained the walking route to Amex. Walk along dual carriage way then through beautiful village of Falmer. Was feeling quite stressed about transport arrangements by myself with two kids and this exceeded all expectations.
