Well Situated approx 10 min walk to 5, 5a, 5b bus routes that go into central Brighton which are almost every ten minutes. Preston Park Train Station is probably 10 -15 mins on 5, 5a bus. 5b goes up past Vardean School into Brighton. Stanmer Park is about 30min walk away which normally holds concerts like boundary festival in summer time or Waterhall is probably same distance which sometime does land beyond festival in summer. The Ammex Football stadium is approx 1 1/2 hr walk so easier to get taxi.. Preston park is approximately 45 min to 1hr walk which does the foodie festival. I’m m also about 1/2hr drive from Gatwick Airport and The National Express stops outside Miller & Carter Steak House on both sides of the road and that is approx 15 min walk. Just recently I have had a Ford Transit Custom arrive and that prob the biggest i will be able to accept which will have to park nearest the white chainlink fence to be able to fit on
