It is not a 10-minute walk to Kew gardens. It is 1/2hr walk to get to an entrance. Should not be within that distance marker you have. It it had been marked correctly, we would not have used it.

Found the car park fairly easily but it wasn't clear where we could park. Instructions said any free space however it appeared that some were residents only

The entry into the car park was so narrow that we scraped our alloys!! Looks like many others have done exactly the same thing as I saw a bunch of people entering from the exit lane to avoid damaging their car.
