I arrived well into my time slot and the parking space absolutely did not exist. I have found pre- booking with you pointless.
I was very late for my appointment and arrived totally in a mess. I've used this system 3 times previously with others and it worked perfectly. PLEASE check your clients and refund me my fee.

This car parking space is NOT available or accessible. Two days trying to get access. When speaking to the resident of number 244 the car park is not for public use and is crammed with rubbish therefore no room to park a car. Very angry as I paid for the week while working locally.
