Convenient parking in Central Bournemouth at a very reasonable rate compared with other parking locations. I had to change my time of arrival and the online staff dealt with it efficiently and with consideration.

Had a big suv fitted well, near to everything, 25 minutes to the beach, you can pay once you are there, on site, might be a couple of pounds cheaper, similar to on here.

Once i found the parking it was easy as i had the instructions via email which i had screen shot.
Went back just before my time, but the only thing there was no signs for exit.

The booking was straightforward and the car park was easy to find. We didn’t expect to find that the lifts weren’t working in the car park (impossible with a twin pushchair to get up and down the stairs). They weren’t just out of order they were boarded up. Also, when we got back to the car park there was no way to open the pedestrian door from the outside. So we had to risk walking with a pushchair and two small children in the car lane both to leave the car park and to get back in.

The directions link on the website was very helpful. Loads of spaces in a safe, well lit car park in the center of Bournemouth. Great communication, with reminders via text which also included a link to the booking
