Good space. About 10 min walk into town centre. Easy to find if you do your research and car (XC40) fitted fine. There wasn't any other cars parked in the garages block

A small vehicle had parked outside the adjacent space and was covering the booked space by about 30%. I struggled to park but managed to awkwardly reverse into the space. I wonder if this is a common issue with the adjacent owner parking inconsiderately? I have taken photos in case the owner wishes to contact me to investigate.
