Booking was easy although there was a mistake in the confirmation which could have been a serious problem (instructions said to put a certain post code in for directions but it was completely wrong - as in 150 miles wrong!). Other issue was reception, at the hotel whose carpark was being utilised, had no idea what to do (if anything). That said they went out of their way to make sure I was authorised by them just in case anything went wrong.
