Space was on an empty new build house.

We couldn’t find the property so we ended up parking on the roadside near to the stadium. It says one point mile away from Bolton Stadium, but I beg to differ on that one.

When I arrived at the parking space, I couldn't park there as someone else was already parked there. It looks like the space is a double parking space, but the person who had parked there before me had taken up most of the space. I therefore had to park somewhere else. I have requested a refund but am still awaiting a response.
