Why was I charged twice for the same parking session? I paid for the first 3 hours at £3.30 . Later I added one hour using the app. A fee of £4.80 came up. I assumed I would be charged the difference between the two charges for the extra hour, ie £1.50. Instead I was charged the full £4.80 on top of the £3.30 I had already paid. Why?

It wasn't possible to extend my stay using JustPark and now Initial Parking have charged me £100 for the extra hour.

AFTER BEING VERBALLY ABUSED BY an angry male from the tattoo shop -THE OWNER OF A BLACK VW SCIROCCO who got out of his car and screamed at me to move my 'fucking car ' etc, shouted in the street at me in front of the workers/ owners at opposite garages at the entrance to the car park. Initially the car was behind me , then it over took me on the side Rd leading round into the car park, it was then in front in me . I was following this car into the car park when it stopped and put on its reversing lights.
The car owner then drive in after me parked up and left the car park he was then seen talking to the garage lads before leaving , I waited until he was gone before leaving my car.
I felt very intimidated, and would not have stayed however I had to collect an elderly lady from the hearing aid shop. We returned from amplifon half an hour later to find I had been blocked in by HN59 UNV which was parked directly behind me and not in a lined bay.
It was not a pleasant experience and quite threatening which was not something I will risk repeating.
I was assisted by the garage owners who were able to track down an owner of the Audi parked at the left of me , also from the tattoo shop. This car was also not in a lined bay . I was able to contact the owner if the car park to discuss this but the owner of the car blocking me in was Not known!
Once this Audi was moved I was assisted out and able to go.
Definitely will not risk this happening again.
