space are just too narrow, difficult to get in and out of vehicle, aslo spaces should be slanted for ease of access and egress, one way system needs to be improved

the app and signs day that the maximum stay is 3 hours. I paid for one hour, but when it tried to extend it by 1 extra hour, the app said I wasn't allowed. I also couldn't buy a new session as I had already been there. surely I should be allowed to extend the 1st hour up to the 3 hour maximum?!
please explain. in the meantime I have no choice but to move my car and pay someone else for parking instead

car park good for the most part but my new car did get scratched there it looks like a kid ran a toy over it playing its minor thing and not deep and will buff out just annoying
