Would 100% recommend this parking. Eric was incredibly helpful and responded to a personal query quickly. Have used this space twice now for Ewood Park and would use again. Big space for easily 4 cars to park and only 5 minutes walk to BRFC. Easy to get away after the game too.

Fantastic space and an extremely friendly owner who guided us into our spot. Literally 10 minutes walk to the football ground. Quick exit from Blackburn onto the motorway. Top, top location.

Excellent place for Matchday parking. As an away fan visiting Ewood Park this place was spot on. Very clear instructions for what to do on arrival. Infact upon arrival the host was already out on his driveway parking other cars (5 in total). Easy to get away after the game as none of the cars were blocked in. If I ever visit Ewood Park again I would certainly be looking out for this spot.

Made a booking from 18:00 - 22:30. The booking confirmation states that you must knock on door/ring bell before parking on drive. We arrived at 18:50 and the homeowner did not answer the door. There was already 3 other vehicles parked up and the only space left was in front of garage. I believed at this point the logical thing to do was to park outside the front of address to avoid any disruption with said garage/cars. This resulted in me reveiving a PCN from local council, this is by no means any fault of the homeowner but it appears my common sense may have resulted in a fine and thought this review may prevent anybody in the future receiving a fine.
All that been said location was great for a short walk to stadium and we got the 3 points so it wasnt all bad!!
