Excellent parking space and plenty of helpful instructions from the owner prior to arriving. About a 15 minute walk from Ewood Park and an easy get away after the game. It is an uphill walk back to the car which made the couple of cold drinks left by the car by the owner very welcome indeed!

Excellent spot to park for Ewood Park - about 25 mins walk. Was a hilly walk back but absolutely amazed to see some cold drinks left by the car. Excellent value and would use again. Easy get away back home.
