Parking on The Street, CM22

Instructions for the space were spot on. And advice for getting to the airport were clear and helpful.

Only space for 2 vehicles but the spaces are more than sufficient and very roomy which is good as its not overcrowded with loads of people entering. Owner was fantastic and helped me multiple times with some questions I had via the contact number and felt very safe leaving it there for 3 days. Upon returning my car was exactly where I kept it, no problems and you can take your keys with you so no need to leave them with the space owner like some others I have seen. Literally also 5 minutes in a taxi to get to the stanstead airport which is perfect. Only issue I had which was not the owners fault, was myself getting an Uber to pick me up from the house upon arriving for going to the airport as no Uber cars could be found after many attempts. In the end I called up a local cab company and they picked me up from the green man which is the pub a minute walk down the road as unfortunately these houses don't have numbers on them so was easier to communicate that. Also just to note the house is opposite the white/black barn and says the Moorings on the sign as you enter. Thanks once again to Michael, was such an easy and great experience parking I would never look elsewhere upon my next flight out of Stanstead 10/10.

Amazing host, very friendly and fast response to messages. Will definitely be using again. I used Associated taxis for collection/return from Airport (Radisson blu hotel) and the cost was £16-£20 each way I can also highly recommend them as a taxi service. Thanks Mike :)

Fantastic alternative to on-site airport parking. We arrived at 5am, as there were no busses at that time we booked a taxi (£12) which arrived within 5 minutes. When we arrived back to Stansted it was just a short 5 minute bus ride (£1.70) and it dropped us off right outside our parking spot. Absolutely fantastic. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there, a very quiet and safe village. Very easy to find too. Will use again for sure!

Parking was easy to find, lots of space, definitely a lot cheaper than parking at the airport. Would definitely park there again. The only downside was the taxi price to and from the location. The cost of the fare and car park would have nearly amounted to the same as parking at the airport. Luckily I had a lift so it worked out great for me. But it’s something to bare in mind.

Best spot to park...very convenient as the bus stop just a minute away... Will definitely use the space again.... highly recommended
