this is a great place to park, but not for us. car was safe, it's tricky to find, but the owner is aware and communication is great,but due to getting there at 5.30am and dark still hard to find,would be easier with day time flight. you COULD walk to the airport, but the road doesn't really allow you too, especially at 5.30 in the morning. the uber was 25 pounds,(once you get singal, which we had to walk a while to get) no fault of the parking owners, but just want people to be aware. communication is great,and car was safe,but I wouldn't use again.

Owner was very helpful and messaged to explain where the house is before the trip, this was helpful as the postcode doesn't take you directly to the house . So don't worry about this. When I arrived there is gates and only one gate was open which made it hard for me to get the car in , however on return both gates were open . When I booked this it did say it was 1 mile or under to the airport , this is not the case , it's about 2 miles and it's not an easy walk to the airport at all along a long country road with no pathway . So be prepared to get a taxi to the airport from this location .,

We missed our flight in order to find the parking spot. Very very bad experience. There is no internet and you really can’t do anything. It’s very hard to locate this place especially when you are coming in night. We tried calling owner, she didn’t receive the call and we got stuck without internet. Will never suggest anyone to choose this place. We ended up paying super expensive flight tickets for the next available flight. It took us 1 hour struggling for this parking location. Worst experience ever.

For me a good customer service comes with patience, support and empathy didn't get that from the owner at all. She was very in a hurry and snappy. If is your first visit you will struggle to locate the property as the picture in the ad is misleading. Is a very remote place and had lots of issues with signals and network problems once i arrived. I needed to get a cab to the airport i couldn't make use of phone due to bad signal , owner came out briefly in a hurry to help with cab numbers unfortunately the signal was so bad. I felt trapped there with limited support from house owner. Rang her door bell several to request support but she ignored the whole time. She acted like she didn't want you to be there, horrible like seriously not a place to visit at night or if you don't have a back up plan. One good point is that the property is like 5 drive minutes to the airport.

This was a private house and the family that owns it was very helpful. I received a message shortly after the booking from the owner, letting me know where exactly it is and how to get there. You will jot find any better service then from this family.
