I used this drive for 5 months. The last 2 months were fine but for the first 3 months, there was a constant stream of workmen there. I was not happy about them using a jigsaw next to my car and I arrived back 1 day to find it covered in sawdust, however the drive owner did reimburse the cost of a car wash. I also found that other drivers that parked next to me didn't park considerately, leaving me little room to get in my car, yet leaving a massive gap at the other side of their car.
