Easy to book online. Good fees.
Followed instructions to get there, found a parking space straight away and felt secure behind the shutter door of the car park. Within 20 mins walk of our venue. A hidden gem of a car park- no queues to get out!!!

The parking ws fine, but travelling with two mobility scooters meant we needed a lift to get out. Both lifts were broken, so we had to follow cars through the vehicle exit. Similar problems on return and nobody answered the intercom or the assistance button at the information point. Will not be using again.

This is perfect for a trip to shop or theatre. Bullring and hippodrome within minutes walk. Even leaving the theater from an evening show felt safe plenty of others using the carpark

We felt safe knowing our car was parked in a safe and secure car park. And once we were back inside the building we our selves felt safe to walk back to our car. We will definitely use this car park facility again.
