AVOID - Despite numerous calls to Dibbs we were unable to make contact. She eventually called back over 8 hours after our booked arrival time; completely pointless, unreliable and would advise against using unless you like throwing money away.

Although difficult to find, Dibbs was very polite and helpful. Had peace of mind attending to my business knowing my car was safe.

Hi Dibbs- thanks for everything. This is a private review ...... from which you'll see that I've only been able to give a low score for communication ..... this because of the problems on departure. You said you didn't receive my text message and I also left three voice messages which you hadn't accessed: had we not been able to locate the concierge, and had he not been co-operative, we could have had real problems. You need a fall-back position for when you are on the phone and people need to contact you. Beyond that, maybe you also need a plan to enable long-stayers like us to have come and go access during the stay .... Go well ...... if we ever come back to Birmingham and you're still offering the service, we'd undoubtedly use you / your spot, again.
