Birmingham Broadway Plaza Car Park

I payed online and had a hour spare when i left but still had to pay another charge at the barrier.

the anpr did not recognise the booking so had to pay again to exit

Massively disappointed. When we got back to the car the barrier wouldn't lift up to let us out even though I'd prepaid. Nobody answered the buzzer or the emergency telephone number and no staff around. So we were stuck in the middle of Birmingham with a young family late at night. Awful service and unsafe.

I still had to pay their fee as well so it cost me double what it should have.

Had to call the helpline as would not recognise reg to leave

Process was pretty smooth but on leaving the car park I was faced with paying £12 even though I'd pre-paid and was within the hours I'd paid for. Thankfully when I called the operative they found the correct barrier and let me out.

Made our night a hell of a lot easier. Directions to the car park were not good, we ended up having to ask someone how to get there after going round in circles. Also on exit, spent 15 minutes on the phone to the help service just to get out of the car park.
