Booking was fairly simple, however the car park does not recognise that you have pre-paid. Therefore, unless you speak to the car parking office and provide your booking reference you may end up paying for parking when you leave!

Hi booking system was very efficient and all good. Experience sadly let down at the site when upon exit they wanted to charge me. This lead to an embarrassing reverse from the barrier and a visit to the office. Staff said that the system doesn’t recognise just park? I’m sure it’s a one off but just didn’t work on this occasion.
