Didn't let me out, had to speak to the lad on intercom who quickly said 'hold on please' before leaving the office and buggering off on his car. so then had to phone a different number to finally get the barrier lifted.

Parked here many times and its a good place but for the first time when I came to leave there was no record of my booking. I checked the app - no record. Luckily they let me through without further payment. I have the booking confirmation and now your asking me to review so why was my booking not submitted to them.

I was charged extra money at the final checkout within the carpark. I had prebooked a space which was a load of rubbish as the carpark had loads of empty spaces. Not a good experience. The Google maps sent us to a hotel and not the carpark entrance. I am not at all happy with this service.

I was charged for a second time when leaving the car park

The parking spaces and trying to find the car park was really easy. But once we had finished parking and want to leave we were meant with an unexpected bill of £8.00 onto of the £6.00 we had all ready paided to reserve the space. We tried to phone the incom to see if someone could help and no-one answered we tried the phone number twice and no-one answered. Due to the time of when we left and the car park closing soon we had no choice but to paid the unexpected bill just so we can leave the car park. Furthermore there was no signs anyway to say we would have to paid more onto of what we had already paided and on that night more than one car was experiencing the same issue we had- this then cause a bottleneck worth of cars trying to leave the car park due to it closing soon. We weren’t not happy with this.
