Birmingham Broadway Plaza Car Park

Terrible. Paid for the parking in advance and then was forced to pay again onsite because the barriers wouldn’t open.

paid fir parking online, then when i came out it made me pay again so i paid twice

“Just park” for the broadway plaza in Birmingham is a reserve site only this isn’t clear on the site! We paid just under £9 then you have to pay again before you leave. My advice just turn up there was ample spaces and you only end up paying once. We booked thinking we’d paid, not the case!

A really convenient car park and much cheaper than parking right in the middle of Birmingham city centre. It was easy to use and ideally located for the Crescent Theatre, as well as being within comfortable walking distance of the city centre. I’d happily park here again.

DO NOT BOOK! As many others have said, the site owner does not recognise JustPark bookings and you are forced to pay again at the full rate to exit the park, leaving you with a higher charge and a massive hassle to sort out to avoid paying more than double. Also makes the advertised "multi-entry" feature unusable. I don't know why JustPark allows this nonsense to persist. DO NOT BOOK!

Great parking spot to watch the marathon. The barrier raised to let me in and out so paying via Just Park clearly works fine here. I haven't compared what I paid with what I would've paid if I'd just done it on exit because I didn't check the rates. I was happy with what I paid though. There were lots of empty spaces when I arrived. With it being a multi storey, I assume if you pay in advance and then find it full, it's not a guarantee you'll get a space, just because you paid in advance. 4 stars because the post code took me to a street where I had to stop to check the map, but this was ok at 7am on a Sunday morning when most of the city was closed roads for the marathon. Just had to drive left, left again and then find the entrance.

Despite pre paying through the app my daughter had to pay again on exit!

Turned out the car park we chose charged us to get out after we had paid Just Park in the first place.

Paid on booking unable to exit the carpark without paying an additional fee, even though the parking ticket was still valid, within time I'd booked. Took over 10 minutes to exit the var park at the exit barrier.

I purchased parking in advance but when I got to the barrier to get out it wouldnt open. There was no service to help so my friend had to pay again (which was actually cheaper than what I’d paid) just so we could get out the car park. Wouldn’t bother buying in advance in future as it’s more stressful
