Very secure, behind a gate. Prompt access and very friendly!

Terrible. I was not able to access car parking space despite 10 minutes pressing bell. I had to leave due to time sensitive appointment. Waste of money. Would never park here again

Perfect location for University of Birmingham.

Pros: Really convenient location for Birmingham University. Several secure parking spaces. Cons: Intercom was not working and it was not clear how to contact the owner. We were then directed to a parking space at the back of the house through a security gate. It was not clear how to open the gate to get out of the car park, and on return to the car the owner did not answer the phone to open the gate and I had to walk around to the main house where they happened to see me as the intercom was still not working.

Awful experience. I would avoid this spot at all costs. Paid a lot of money for the spot for the uni open day. Easy to find but when I did no one answered the bell to let me in. Tried to call owner but no answer. In the meantime 4 other people arrived who had also booked with the same chap. Eventually someone appeared out of the property but he had no idea what was going on or that so many bookings had been made. The drive shown in the photo is not the drive you are supposed to be parking in apparently. He said there was a larger parking area round the back with parking for 15 cars. But when he tried to let us into this spot he couldn’t open the gate! So then he tried to get us all to park on the drive in the photo which wouldn’t have worked because we would have all blocked one another in. At this point we gave up and went to find the free parking at the uni. Do not use this guy. Complete shambles.

Smooth experience super easy to park, Easy to get in and out to park plus the lady supporting was very pleasant

We were unable to access our car when we wanted to leave. We rang the bell but the person inside did not hear it. Finally ordered a taxi but managed to cancel when someone did answer and let us in after about an hour.
