For the adventerous people out there It is possible to walk to Birmingham International train station or the Birmingham airport but it would take about 40min or so, a taxi takes 4 min.

I have left few weeks to leave the review to cool down. I have parked my car (no scratches, I bough it few months ago) and picked up scratched car.
The owner of the space was polite and claimed they have not scratched my car. However there were more cars parked on the drive than just the owner cars, on the night I parked my car. I have no way of proving it was done on the driveway but I know I have not scratched it before.
The 'just park' support will not do anything, apart from advising you can purchase insurance for future. They have not even contacted other owners of cars which parked there at the same time as me. There is more than 1 space to rent in this property.
I might have bad luck and someone maybe reversed back there and drive away. The owner provide me with his car photos on my request. They look like one of them has been scratched , but again I can't prove it was on my car or done before.
I am writing a review to highlight the risk of parking on others people driveway if there is no cctv. If something happens to your car you will not be able to recover the cost.

Great space and easy to find.. I want to give 5 stars but if you want to walk it as I usually do it is 25 - 40 mins depending on weather and your fitness of course. It's ok but I can imagine in bad weather it's unpleasant in the middle of the night like I do it. This is not a reason to not park here is just to be aware and to prepare. It was also a little cheaper than some, I assume due to the distance to walk so it is a good reason to park here. The walk is safe and well lit all the way. And Of course you could use a taxi for this short trip if you don't mind spending! Thank you to the owner for offering this space I will be a regular for the foreseeable future !!

Pleased with parking on drive and so much cheaper than airport parking. Clear instructions with where to park and ample space on drive. Airport approximately 3 miles, Uber £7 each way.
