I had booked the car park for my parents
We were given the wrong address on the Just Park app, which meant the car was parked at a neighbouring house and not where it should have been.
This then resulted in a back and forth text messages between the parking spot owner and myself if my parents car was where it should have been.
In the end the parking spot owner found my parents car which was parked where the app had told us to park.. but it was not at their house but a neighbours.
Very traumatic for me (as my parents are in their 70s) and I had assured them that parking like this is ok and have no issues.
My parents do not of all this grief, we contained it between myself, the parking spot owner and my sister (as she was willing to drive to where my parents had parked the car and move it to the correct location)

Access to Cley Close is not easy as there are other side streets and you need to cross traffic if coming from Selly Oak, so if you miss the turning drive further and turn round.
There is space for two cars in the "slot" which is tight and passengers need to get out before parking.
The parking space is in a residential setting and I felt that my car was safe.
