Need to know
When you arrive, drive straight to the check-in area. The friendly team will greet you, check you in and show you where to park - all without you leaving the car.
You'll get a ticket with your return instructions - keep this safe as you'll need to show it to the driver when you get back.
Once you're parked, keep your keys and walk to the nearby shuttle stop. Buses run every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, and take just 5 minutes to the terminal. The ride is included in the price.
When you land back just hop on the return shuttle and show the driver your ticket - your car will be right where you left it.
The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.

There are no dedicated accessible bays, but the ShortRun team are happy to help. Add a note to your booking if you'd like a space closer to the bus stop, and give the car park a call 24 hours before you arrive - they'll direct the shuttle or find a convenient space for you.

Online check-in is included. Check in online in about 20 seconds and park your car even faster.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 a day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars can use this car park if they're under 2.1m high, 2m wide and 5m long. Parking a long-wheelbase vehicle? Take a look at our Larger Vehicles package. The car park isn't suitable for commercial vehicles, high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers.

Used the short run airlink service for our parking from Birmingham airport. Easy to book, plenty of good communication leading up to our trip. Really easy to find, a quick check in, parked up and on the shuttle bus in super quick time. Only a few mins on the bus to the terminal and really easy to get the bus back after our holiday too. Cost was reasonable compared to the alternative options around the airport. Got to keep our keys with us which was a plus. Would happily use this service again.
