How our drivers felt about this space
A convenient and well-managed parking space near Villa Park, with helpful staff and ample space. Minor congestion issues during peak times were noted, but overall, it's a popular choice for events.

We arrived just before 13:00 to be told the parking was not going to open until 13:30. The road outside was filled with angry people with the same complaint and this was causing serious conjestion arsound thelocal streets. It eventually opened 13.15 to 13:20.

Staff at the car park at KE for match day are great. It is a bit expensive though, annual price has almost doubled in 2 years.
Mario S1st September 2026 on TrustPilot
ALL was easy from booking through parking space and correspondence
However, entrance to the parking need to better explain as the pin from the map is wrong and brings you to cul-de-sac
