Convenient and easy access drive space located within 8 minutes walk to Billericay mainland Station and 5 minutes to the High Street. Located on a quiet private road in a nice residential area. Space is next to the road so highly visible with no roof covering. Space is easily accessible bordered by the garage wall on one side and West Park Avenue on the other overlooked by neighbouring properties on the opposite side of West Park Avenue.
By accepting to park here you agree to the following additional terms, any breach of which will terminate the parking agreement in full with immediate effect by decision of myself the parking space owner in the form of written notice left on the vehicle:
1. You have no access rights to the property other than as per the parking agreement.
2. You may only park a single normal sized vehicle being a standard sized car or 4x4 up to the rough size of a Range Rover but no HumVees or limousines.
3. You agree to be respectful to the local residents including but not limited to the following probibited acts:
- making unnecessary or unreasonable noise for a residential area especially before the hours of 07:30 and after 19:00.
- running the engine on the driveway longer than is required to reasonably exit the driveway or clear the windscreen from ice/mist.
- block the access of neighbours to their own drives.
4. You agree to allow access to the garden gates by using another space provided by myself with atleast 24hours prior notice being given.
