Booking, payment and directions were all satisfactory. I was concerned that, on arrival, there was already a car parked on the driveway. The person who opened the door to my, in- person query, seemed taken by surprise at my arrival and then asked me to move my car over. Following your earlier email my experience didn't match up to your 'just park your car and leave.'
