Owner cancelled on the day, even though this parking was arranged months ago, causing us to nearly cancel our family bank holiday plans. a huge inconvenience and spoilt a family day out

I arrived on hour after my booking had officially started and found the parking space being already used by another car. Not having time to address the situation as I was running late I found alternative parking on the street.
