The space is big enough to fit medium vehicles i.e. Audi A3. The place is opposite the famous Ashby building and close to Botanic garden, PEC gym and ulster museum. The space is in a good location.
The space has a metal barrier that needs to be dropped to allow you to park, this was left up, meaning you have to park on double yellow lines, get out of your vehicle and lower it, then get back in before you can park the car.
There is no dropped kerb, so you need to drive up the kerb to park, this is not safe nor good for the vehicle.
There is no number on the house, so you have to verify from the photo, which means either looking before you drive and remembering, or stopping to check as you arrive.
Aside from location, this is not a practical or pleasant parking space to use.
