When I arrived at Morrisons car park the parking attendant did not know anything about the arrangement and referred me to Customer Help. The person at the referral point was none the wiser either and had to refer the matter to someone higher up. Then the correct procedure was followed and I was booked in and all went well. In view of the mix-up I have only given 3 stars even though cost of the parking was modest and good value.

All good. I booked a space when visiting The Forum (about a 15 min walk away). Plenty of spaces, well lit, good sized space for my Fiesta. Avoids the potential queues if parking at SouthGate.
