Your booking system is so easy to use, especially for an 'oldy' like myself.
I like the ease of finding a parking location on your site, the add on Insurance if the car is damaged whilst in it's parking area and the ease to cancel if I no longer need the parking spot.

It was a little disconcerting that there are no Justpark signs in the car park. I checked with Morrisons staff in case it was a scam. It was fine & all worked well.
I would have liked to shift the timing by a couple of hours but Justpark only lets you extend the parking time, not move the same number of hors to an earlier time. Thats the main drawback, otherwise all ok.
