another vehicle was parked in the space on arrival, tried to contact space owner but was diverted to voicemail.. had to find a carpark in town instead.. still not had refund.

Great space near The Forum and city centre. It took me a few minutes to find the space. Just remember to cross the little tunnel when you access the place! Will book definitely again when in Bath. Thank you!

Once I reread the instructions again about going through the underpass it was clearer but when we drove out to leave the carpark we also saw another number 7 in front of Marr House so I’m hoping we were in the right car park space.

All seemed good when parked and easy to find with number 7 plaque on wall directly in front of it. However when returned to car it had paper note on it saying private drive do not park here. Luckily no fine or anything but felt we had taken wrong space. Did notice afterwards there was small numbers on actual space however the number we were given was also taken despite us returning to car 1 hr before end time.
Overall parking was fine and safe, very convenient to city centre but maybe need to clarify exactly which space so do not use wrong one in error :)
