Was easy to find and convenient for that area of town.

Street view was out of date, different coloured garage. No marks on the ground as described. Spent a long time before deciding it was the right place. No response on the phone.

Fantastic parking space, easy to find if we are ever needing parking in Bath we will definitely use again.

Sorry if I block your Black Volvo unnecessarily. I couldn't see numbers on the floor, didn't want to park on your neighbour's by accident. Just around the corner from our relative's flat, we will use again near future. Thanks.

The initial cost of parking was high, at £18. It was unclear how to get to the space from the directions. When we arrived, there was no space to park as there were two cars already in the spot. The area was shady and looked unsafe. It didn't help that Justpark had offered additional insurance 'to waiver our excess ' should we have any damage during our stay. In any case, the lack of promised available parking meant that we had to find last minute alternative parking, which created stress that we were trying to avoid by booking ahead. When we asked for a refund, since we were unable to park, the owner of the space refused. The experience has been very negative overall, in contrast to previous Justpark bookings.

Great space immediately left on entering Charlotte street car park. It’s not too far down the lane on the left. There was a black Volvo, which as stated on instructions, we blocked in. Parked great. Couldn’t see any blue fencing as directions and the numbers 44 on the lane were faint, but we found it easily. Thank you. Great spot and easy to walk into town
