Parking on Chapel Hill, RG21

First time it was so easy

When we arrived in the parking area, there were no available spots (with the correct 'letter' we had been advised when booking). We circled numerous times before calling; we were on hold a long time before an agent talked to us. Finally it was resolved and we were given another lettered spot in the same area. But this was stressful, as we were trying to make a specific train (which we missed).

Space was easy to find once you follow the road round. Space was big enough and area around was clean and secure. Perfect walking cut through for the station too!

Easy enough to find, and good parking spot. There’s a walkway down to the train station that isn’t shown on maps meaning the train station is only a few minutes walk away. Instructions could certainly be simplified and worded better though. E.g. “the big wooden house” looks like a binstore. And the “ramp” is a speedbump.

Really useful. Found via Trainline and parked at the station for a day in London. Really clear instructions and great parking space at a block of flats.

When I arrived there was a car parked across C1 and C2 so I had to squeeze my car as close as I could to the other car. Despite this I was still partly parked in B2! I left a note just in case the owners of B2 needed to use the space fully. I was very disappointed and wouldn't use that space again.

There wasn’t a ‘C1’ space so I parked next to C. When I returned my windscreen wipers were sticking up in the air which freaked me a bit. Getting out was going against the incoming barrier.. had to put code in on the other side of the barrier then rush back to drive out
