Good scheme, but lack of clear communication guide which causes confusion

Rare to come across service this good. They were patient, professional, and reassuring throughout. Everything was handled smoothly, with none of the usual faff. A genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. I’d happily use them again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I left my car parked for a few days, trusting that my vehicle would be safe and handled with care. Instead, when I returned, I found that a large metal clamp/lock had been placed on my car in a completely careless way, causing visible damage to the door handle. The paint has been scratched and chipped off — something that was definitely not there before. This shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ property. To make matters even worse, the car was left unlocked — which makes this whole situation even more pointless and concerning. What was the purpose of applying a clamp in such a careless way if the vehicle itself wasn’t even secured? On top of that, there was no one around to assist us. We tried ringing the doorbell at the property multiple times, but no one answered. Being left without any support in this situation is completely unacceptable. I did not agree to have my car handled in a way that risks damage, and this is simply not acceptable. I expect accountability and compensation for the damage caused. I would strongly advise others to think twice before parking here.

Great space, just a short drive from the airport. The owner very kindly gave us a lift in at extra cost, and we got a taxi back as we landed early hours which cost £13. Public transport options also available. Very helpful owners. Would park here again :)

Excellent service. Very informative from the start. When we arrived at the house to park, the owner kindly offered us a lift to the airport. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Great service. Trustworthy, genuine and highly recommended.
