Owner welcomed on arrival and checked all was ok.
On leaving was confronted by someone claiming to be the owners daughter and basically accused us of trespassing. Not the best end to a day trip with my daughter.

This is a fantastic space if you're planning to use Cockfosters station. The space is big, felt secure and is a five minute walk to the tube.
Would definitely use this space again!
