The JustPark app did not allow me to stop my parking session.
The chat function on the app is useless and the bot does not actually read the content of your messages, so all "help" was irrelevant.
I waited for over 20 minutes on the phone to get help from a real person. They were able to stop my parking session, thankfully, but I had to pay for the whole session, including the extra half hour added on to the time I was actually parked.
