Needed a guaranteed space in Aylesbury so I booked one through JustPark at the Waitrose car park. After booking the website did not provide me with a numbered space just pointed me at the car park. Essentially I had pre-paid for a public space in a public car park with no guarantees of a free space. This was not mentioned before booking. Luckily there were free spaces otherwise I would have wasted my money. THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE CLEAR ON THE BOOKING WEBSITE

Hello there,
I booked Aylesbury Waitrose carpark for today's meetings from the night before for 8 hours. The booking process was easy, choosen the closest location and paid. I reached also where the direction on the app took me ' Aylesbury Waitrose Carpark'. I checked every floor to see a 'just park' sign but unfortunately I couldn't find even on the top floor. Since the driveways were very icy (5th Jan 2025 Monday) and I felt stressed about driving on the icy top floor. I had to stop at the (still says Waitrose everywhere)top floor carpark. Unfortunately I found a ticket when I came back and felt so disappointed. Now I need to deal with the Appeal process which makes me sad about losing time and maybe money unnecessarily. Could you please guide and help me to solve the event. Thanks.Minor Atabek

Unfortunately got a parking fine for not displaying payment. I believe it was not clear that my booking as for the Waitrose level of the car park and I thought it would cover the other two levels.
You should make it clear on your booking site. I have appealed but not hopeful.
