someone left a note on the vehicle saying we shouldn't be parked in their car park. I've raised this with your help bot but it can't deal with the issue. please check with the owners of the car park that their staff understand the agreement with Just Park. I use Just Park a lot, it's great and I'm sure this is a glitch. but I don't want to find myself clamped thinking I've paid and parked legitimately.

Easy to book parking but not easy to find the parking space! No signage ☹️

Spaces 4,5 and 6 where we were told to park were all full. Signs up to say unauthorised parking will be clamped so had to park elsewhere. Not happy. Nearly missed our train. Otherwise it was easy to find and looked good. No-one to advise at the time though (Saturday Afternoon). What a shame.

Terrible. The directions to find the parking space did not find the parking space. I had to park elsewhere and pay again. We missed our train and were late for a family occasion. I am still suffering from a stress headache a day later and have had to cancel this mornings appointments - I have emailed you full details but I have only received an auto reply. No one has been touch so far.
Follow up: JustPark did get in touch soon after I wrote the above and resolved the issue without quibbles by refunding my payment and a money off next time offer. I don’t think I will be taking up that offer though because I have completely lost confidence in the product and the communications aspect of the product offer.

The price was good, the site was close to the railway station where I had a train to catch. Booking it online was straight-forward and the map showing the site was helpful. It would have been even more helpful if you had mentioned that it was on the right hand side of the road, which was a one-way street. I missed it on my first attempt and had to go round a one-way system before trying again - successfully this time.
