When booking a space, have always booked extra time for delays. Unfortunately the extra 2 hours was not enough on this occasion.
Tried to extend the booking for onr hour, but it would not work. Tried to make another booking as advised from the guidance on your help page. Stated there was not enough spaces, which was not the case.
Ended up having to pay the full parking again. Not happy.

Your postcode is not correct ! Takes you to a blocked road to car park I missed my train

Do not rate just park at all. The Satnav directions are way off, nearly missed train after spending 35 mins driving round to find car park entrance. Really poor. Then when we left, having paid up front and returning earlier than paid for I was told my ticket had expired. Won't use again and don't recommend
