The payment process is a joke and designed in order to fine people. No-one has coins in 2026 and not being able to pay by card is crazy. Then having to google what the 'ID number' is after the fact. An

Very disappointed as according to the sign it was £5 for 4 hours parking but when I paid my £5 online I was only given 1 hour parking time and I had to pay a further £5. So it cost me £10 in total & I felt like I'd been scammed. It was disappointing as this is my first bad experience with Justpark.

Car park space are massive compared to usual supermarket parking. There are spaces further round, and also toilets hidden on the road side of the car park
