As a NT member I should not have had to use the app. The machine was not working and I therefore could not scan my membership card. I'd not have been charged twenty pence for your convenience of me using it!! I understand charging non members but not those of us who already pay a membership. It's not a convenience for me, I make it convenient for you as you don't have to come out and collect coins
