Unlock Birmingham with JustPark – Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is JustPark Parking Limited, of First Floor, 2 Pancras Square (Building B4), London, N1C 4AG, UK (referred to as "we", "us", or "JustPark").

2. About the promotion

The "Unlock Birmingham with JustPark" promotion (the "Promotion") rewards eligible drivers who use JustPark to pay for parking in Birmingham council-operated car parks and on-street spaces with single-use money-off codes useable against future pre-booked JustPark reservations.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion opens at 09:00 BST on Friday 7th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 9th October (the "Promotion Period"). Only qualifying transactions completed during the Promotion Period will count towards code unlocks. We may extend or shorten the Promotion Period at our discretion (see clause 12).

4. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

a. be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom; b. have, and be logged into, a valid JustPark account; c. pay for parking using JustParkin a Birmingham council-operated car park or on-street bay ("Qualifying Location") using the Park and Pay product; and d. not be an employee of JustPark, or an immediate family member of an employee.

Transactions made through third-party parking apps, cash payments, meters, or any product other than JustPark Park and Pay do not qualify, even if the location is a Qualifying Location.

5. How to unlock money-off codes

Each qualifying Park and Pay transaction at a Qualifying Location, completed during the Promotion Period, is counted towards your progress. When you reach one of the milestones set out in clause 6 below, a single-use money-off code (a "Code") is automatically sent to the email address to which your JustPark account is registered.

To redeem a code, you must click on the link in the email and be logged in to your JustPark account for the code to be applied to your account.

The code will then be applied to any eligible pre-book registration booking at checkout.

Codes are only issued at the five milestones set out in clause 6. Transactions between milestones do not unlock a Code.

6. The milestone ladder

The maximum total saving available under the Promotion is £25, achievable only by completing at least 15 qualifying Park and Pay transactions during the Promotion Period and redeeming and using all five codes.

7. Redemption

Codes can only be used against pre-booked JustPark Reservation bookings made through the JustPark app or website. Codes cannot be used against:

a. Park and Pay transactions (including further transactions in Birmingham); b. SeasonPass, EventPass, Multi-Day EventPass, Multi-Booking Cart, or any product other than a standard pre-booked Reservation; c. bookings made through third-party partners or aggregators; or d. bookings that have already been placed at the time the Code is unlocked.

Each Code is single-use. Once applied and used with an eligible booking, the Code is consumed in full, whether or not the value of the Reservation exceeds the value of the Code. No cash alternative is available and no change or credit will be given for any unused balance.

The code is applied to the parking charge only and does not apply to the transaction fee.

8. Non-stackable

Codes cannot be combined with any other JustPark discount code, offer, promotion, credit, or loyalty benefit. Only one Code may be applied per reservation booking.

9. Code expiry

Each Code expires 14 days after the date and time it is redeemed. Unused Codes expire automatically and cannot be reinstated, extended, or exchanged. It is your responsibility to use Codes before they expire.

10. Multiple redeemed Codes

You may have multiple redeemed codes in your account, but only 1 can be used against a single pre-book reservation. Any newly redeemed Code is added alongside prior unused redeemed Codes, with each subject to its own 14-day expiry from the point of unlock.

11. Cancellations and refunds

If a Reservation booking against which a Code has been applied is cancelled or refunded, the Code is treated as spent and will not be reinstated, regardless of whether a refund is issued for the Reservation itself. This applies whether the cancellation is initiated by you or by the space owner.

12. Amendments and withdrawal

We may amend these terms, extend, shorten, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time and without notice, where reasonably necessary (for example, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or to prevent fraud or misuse). Where possible, we will publish notice of any material change on the JustPark app or website.

13. Fraud and misuse

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant, void any Code, or reverse any redemption where we reasonably suspect:

a. fraudulent activity or misuse of the JustPark app; b. transactions that are not genuine parking sessions; c. use of multiple JustPark accounts by the same person to gain additional Codes; or d. any breach of the JustPark User Terms or these Promotion Terms.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any technical failure, network issue, or other event outside our reasonable control that prevents you from completing a qualifying transaction,  redeeming or using a Code.

15. Data protection

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the JustPark Privacy Policy at https://www.justpark.com/privacy-policy.

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Promotion, please contact JustPark customer support at https://support-uk.justpark.com/hc/en-gb.

17. Governing law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
