JustPark MCP Server
The JustPark MCP server adds UK parking search capability to AI assistants, including Claude and ChatGPT.
What it does
The new integration allows drivers to use the AI platform to search JustPark's network of more than 150,000 reservable parking spaces across the UK. Drivers can simply tell their AI assistant where and when they need to park, whether near a train station, airport, or on a matchday, and ask it to find suitable JustPark spaces.
This integration uses MCP, an open standard that enables AI applications to connect securely with external tools and data sources. An AI assistant searches live information from JustPark's parking network in response to a driver's request, before directing them to JustPark to complete their booking.
Data collected
When a user searches for parking, the following is sent to JustPark:
• The location the user wants to park near
• Arrival and departure date/time
No user identity, account credentials, or device identifiers are transmitted. No personally identifiable information is logged.
As it stands, no booking, payment, or account action can be taken through the connector. Users can however click a result card to go directly to JustPark's checkout to complete their booking.
Example Prompts
Here are some examples of prompts you can use to search for parking via your AI assistant.
Finding parking for your commute
Finding parking for an event you're attending
Your AI assistant may try to work out when and where the event is taking place, before searching for appropriate parking
Parking at the airport
You may be asked to clarify the location if the connector finds more than one match
Comparing price and distance
Your AI assistant may search for parking, and then compare the results for you
