It couldn’t be easier: simply plug in your destination’s postcode, or search by key locations such as hospitals, train stations or stadiums. Click on a listing to get more details about the space including user reviews, photos and proximity to nearby landmarks.

To complete the booking, you’ll have to provide your vehicle details and a payment method all through our secure booking system.

We'll send you a confirmation email containing all the vital information for your booking, including directions and access instructions.

It's just as easy as making a short-term booking. If you choose a Monthly plan you'll be charged up-front for the duration of the plan, although you will receive a bigger discount the longer you commit.

It depends on the type of space. If it is available to extend, all you need to do is:

1. Open the JustPark app.

2. Select ‘My Bookings’ and click on the relevant booking.

3. Find the Extend Booking option and select it.

4. Input the new times you want for your booking. This can be done after you have already parked but can’t be done if the booking has ended. Please note you cannot change the start time of your booking.

5. Finally, you'll need to pay for the added time.

Change of plans? No worries. If your booking has a fixed start and end time then it’s covered by the fixed-term policy. There is also a 10-minute grace period to cancel after any booking to accommodate accidental bookings.

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the booking starts, you’ll receive a full refund. In cases where the booking is cancelled by the space owner or JustPark, the full refund will also include the Transaction Fee.

• The offer entitles RAC members to a 20% discount on the parking value of their first fixed-term pre-booking with JustPark.
• This discount can not be applied to any non-parking purchases, including transaction fees.
• This discount will not work for users with an email address already associated with a JustPark pre-booking. Users who have used JustPark previously for drive up parking (whereby the user has used JustPark to pay for parking on arrival at a car park) can redeem this discount against their first pre-booking.
• This discount is valid on bookings made by 31st July 2026
• This discount cannot be applied to bookings at any JustPark drive up location.
• Each discount can only be redeemed once.
• This discount is eligible for all fixed-term pre-bookings, aside from fixed-price Event Parking, and bookings at the following locations: West Wittering Beach Car Park, Snowdonia National Park Parking, All Northern Ireland locations
