Back to Work 2026 with JustPark – Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is JustPark Parking Limited, of First Floor, 2 Pancras Square (Building B4), London, N1C 4AG, UK (referred to as "we", "us", or "JustPark").

2. About the promotion

The "Back to Work 2026 with JustPark" promotion (the “Promotion”) rewards eligible drivers who use JustPark to pre-book business or commuter parking during the campaign. Eligible drivers receive a promotional discount code, B2W26 (the “Code”), giving £3 off of up to 3 separate qualifying Reservation bookings (maximum total discount £9) that meet the booking eligibility criteria (Section 5). 

Once 3 qualifying bookings have been made using the Code, or the Code expires (see Section 8), whichever is sooner, the Code will cease to be valid.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion opens at 09:00 BST on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Wednesday 14th October 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). We may extend or shorten the Promotion Period at our discretion (see clause 11).

4. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  1. be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom;

  2. have, and be logged into, a valid JustPark account;

  3. not have previously made a Reservation booking on JustPark;

  4. not be an employee of JustPark, or an immediate family member of an employee.

5. Booking Eligibility Criteria

The promotion Code can only be used against pre-booked JustPark Reservation bookings made through the JustPark app or website that meet the following criteria:

  1. the booking must take place on a weekday (Monday to Friday inclusive)

  2. the booking must start at 6am or later UK local time

  3. the booking must conclude by 8pm UK local time the same day

Codes cannot be used against:

  1. Park and Pay transactions;

  2. SeasonPass, EventPass, Multi-Day EventPass, Multi-Booking Cart, Monthly Plans or any product other than a standard pre-booked Reservation;

  3. bookings made through third-party partners or aggregators; or

  4. bookings that have already been placed before the Code was added to your account or applied at checkout.

6. Redemption

The Code can be redeemed in one of two ways:

  1. Enter the Code manually in the promotion code field at checkout.

  2. If the promotion code field is not visible, open the hamburger menu in the mobile app, tap Promo Codes, and add the Code there. The discount will then be applied automatically at checkout, provided your booking meets the eligibility criteria in Section 5.

The Code applies to the parking charge only and does not apply to the transaction fee. The discount is limited to £3 per booking and will not exceed the value of the parking charge on any single booking.

7. Non-stackable

The Code cannot be combined with any other JustPark discount code, offer, promotion, credit, or loyalty benefit. Only one Code may be applied per reservation booking.

8. Code expiry

The Code expires 30 days from first redemption activity (apply to account or first booking using the Code, whichever is earliest). Codes that have been redeemed but not fully used remain active beyond the end of the Promotion Period until they expire. Unused Codes expire automatically and cannot be reinstated, extended, or exchanged. It is your responsibility to use Codes before they expire.

9. Multiple redeemed Codes

You may have multiple redeemed codes in your account, but only 1 can be used against a single pre-book reservation.

10. Cancellations and refunds

If a Reservation booking against which a Code has been applied is cancelled or refunded, the Code is treated as spent and will not be reinstated, regardless of whether a refund is issued for the Reservation itself. This applies whether the cancellation is initiated by you or by the space owner. For the avoidance of doubt, each cancelled or refunded booking against which the Code was applied counts as one of your three redemptions.

11. Amendments and withdrawal

We may amend these terms, extend, shorten, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time and without notice, where reasonably necessary (for example, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or to prevent fraud or misuse). Where possible, we will publish notice of any material change on the JustPark app or website.

12. Fraud and misuse

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant, void any Code, or reverse any redemption where we reasonably suspect:

a. fraudulent activity or misuse of the JustPark app;b. transactions that are not genuine parking sessions;c. use of multiple JustPark accounts by the same person to gain additional Codes; ord. any breach of the JustPark User Terms or these Promotion Terms.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any technical failure, network issue, or other event outside our reasonable control that prevents you from completing a qualifying transaction, redeeming or using a Code.

14. Data protection

Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the JustPark Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Promotion, please contact JustPark Customer Support.

16. Governing law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
