The New York Stadium, currently known as the AESSEAL New York Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is the home stadium of Rotherham United Football Club. Located in South Yorkshire, the stadium opened in 2012 and replaced the club’s former home for a century, Millmoor. It is an all-seater venue with a capacity of 12,021 and features a natural grass playing surface. The stadium is built on the former site of the Guest and Chrimes brass works, from which the “New York” name originates. The ground consists of four covered stands and is used for league and cup football across domestic competitions.
