Leeds United Football Club, founded in 1919, is a professional football club based in West Yorkshire. The club has won three League Championships, five Second Division titles, one FA Cup, one League Cup, and two Inter-Cities Fairs Cups. The club reached their peak under manager Don Revie during the 1960s and 1970s, winning multiple titles, including two League Championships and an FA Cup. They have been runners-up in the European Cup, FA Cup, and several other competitions. Leeds share fierce rivalries with Manchester United and Chelsea. Leeds United have been based at Elland Road in Beeston, Leeds, since 1919, making it their long-standing home. Under the ownership of 49ers Enterprises, the club plans to expand Elland Road’s capacity to over 50,000 through phased redevelopment of its stands, as well as improved hospitality and upgraded facilities.
