Duran Duran are back on the road for their first full UK arena tour in three years, bringing four decades of hits to five cities before closing out with an exclusive Halloween show in London. The tour opens at Glasgow's OVO Hydro on 15 October and wraps up at The O2 in London on 31 October, with Margate five-piece Pigeon joining as support on every date outside the capital.

The band took their name from Dr. Durand Durand, a character played by Milo O'Shea in the 1968 sci-fi film Barbarella. Bassist John Taylor and keyboardist Nick Rhodes spotted the name while watching the film together in Birmingham in the late 1970s and it stuck, going on to front one of the biggest arena tours of 2026.

The 1978 founding lineup was Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, Roger Taylor and Andy Taylor. Nick Rhodes, John Taylor and Roger Taylor remain founding members still performing today, alongside long-standing singer Simon Le Bon, on the current UK Arena Tour.
