Ticketmaster + JustPark: One Click for Fans, One Command Center for Venues
For over a decade, JustPark (formerly ParkHub) has been the trusted partner to sports & entertainment venues looking to take the stress out of event parking. Working hand-in-hand with our hundreds of venue partners, we pioneered the technology purpose-built for event parking operations, including the acceptance of on-site digital payments and validation of prepaid passes.
As more and more eventgoers began planning ahead, we saw a steady rise in the number of prepaid parking passes being scanned by our Prime devices in the field. Venue partners were already using JustPark Suite to set up their events for on-site sales and management, and many began asking the same question:
“Can we also presell parking from the same system we use to run event-day operations?”
That’s why we built JustPark Passes, to complete the solution for pre-sale and on-site parking, giving venues the ability to sell prepaid passes through the same trusted platform they already used to manage their on-site operations.
But there was still one more piece of feedback we kept hearing:
“Ticketmaster is our primary ticketing provider—can we make JustPark Passes work seamlessly there too?”
Now, that friction is gone. EventPass is fully integrated with Ticketmaster, allowing fans to purchase parking in the same flow as their tickets—and giving venues a single, connected system for inventory, sales, and on-site validation.
With the combination of JustPark Prime, Suite and Passes, our clients are now able to avoid spoilage and maximize revenue from their parking assets and even third-party lots nearby. And starting today, we’re excited to announce that venues that sell tickets through Ticketmaster can now sell JustPark EventPass parking passes directly in the same purchase flow as their primary ticket purchase.
Why This Matters for Venues
For years, venues had to juggle multiple parking tools—splitting data, fragmenting operations, and making it harder to optimize the fan experience.
Now with JustPark, Ticketmaster venues can:
Manage parking inventory across all events in one platform, JustPark Suite.
Get real-time occupancy and pricing controls.
Streamline reporting and payment processing.
Sell prepaid passes on their venue website and on Ticketmaster.
Unlike other prepaid passes, our suite of event parking solutions was built for events and designed to deliver optimal fan experience and operational excellence.
Already Live in the Spotlight
Our Ticketmaster integration launches this week at leading venues, including:
Rose Quarter in Portland, Oregon (home of the Portland Trailblazers)
Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Memphis (University of Memphis)
The Kia Forum in Los Angeles (the nation’s only arena-sized venue dedicated solely to music and entertainment)
Thousands of fans are already skipping the app shuffle, reserving spaces while buying their tickets from Ticketmaster. And fans have the convenience of accessing their parking pass in the Ticketmaster app or via email from JustPark.
Ready for the Next 18 Months of Mega Events
From the upcoming NFL season to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and America 250 celebrations, the events coming to North America will stretch venue operations to the limit.
Our integration with Ticketmaster doesn’t just simplify parking for fans—it gives venues the tech and control they need to meet surging demand head-on. This is about making parking an asset, not a stress point.
